Throwback Thursday: Justin Hill Racing to Victory at Loretta Lynn’s (2011)

Hill outpointed Zach Bell and Cole Thompson to Win the 250 B Stock Championship

In this week’s Throwback, we dial back the clock to August of 2011 and visit Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, for that year’s AMA Amateur National Motocross Championships. This photo is a battle in the 250 B Stock class between Justin Hill (No. 54) and Cole Thompson (No. 16). Both riders traveled a long way to get to Tennessee – Hill from Oregon and Thompson from Ontario, Canada, but it was well worth the trip since both turned in strong performances. Hill went 2-3-1 to score the 250 B Stock overall victory, while Thompson finished 3-4-2 to earn third overall.
