Teams
Team Honda HRC Progressive
Jett Lawrence #1 – The defending champ returns to the 450SX class sporting the number one plate aboard his Honda HRC Progressive CRF450R. 2025 marks Lawrence’s second year as a full-time 450 rider and he’ll have the target on his back as he looks to make it two in a row. Jett’s look is identical to year’s past with his Red Bull Alpinestars helmet, gear, and boots along with 100% goggles.
Hunter Lawrence #96 – Hunter Lawrence is entering his sophomore year in the 450 class and is again the second 450 rider under the Honda HRC tent. Lawrence finished ninth in the 2024 Supercross series but later rebounded for second in the Pro Motocross Championship as well as second overall in the SMX Playoffs. The older Lawrence is certainly a dark horse for 2025 and is once again outfitted in Alpinestars head to toe.
Jo Shimoda #30 – Jo Shimoda is slated to race the 250SX West division for his second year with the Honda HRC team. The Japanese native is once again in Fox gear with Scott goggles but looks to have lost his personal sponsor with Monster Energy.
Chance Hymas #10 – Chance Hymas is back with Honda HRC with a new number and a new Red Bull deal for 2025. After suffering another knee injury, Hymas is expected to compete for the team in the 250SX East region.
Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha
Cooper Webb #2 – Cooper Webb finished second in points during the 2024 Supercross season and is hungry for more. The veteran racer is once again on the Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha team and is rocking an all-new look for 2025 with Fly Racing handling his helmet and gear deal. Webb continues with the number-two along with 100% goggles and Alpinestar boots.
Eli Tomac #3 – Eli Tomac returns for 2025 in what is said to be his final professional season. The number three has stayed busy this offseason by winning the WSX championship and staying fresh before the start of the SuperMotocross season. Tomac will once again wear Bell helmets, Oakley goggles, along with Alpinestars gear and boots.
Justin Cooper #32 – Justin Cooper is back with the Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha team for his second season aboard the YZ450F. Cooper finished sixth in 450SX points during his rookie season and set the fastest qualifying lap at multiple rounds. Look for J Coop in an HJC helmet along with Oakley goggles and Oneal gear.
Christian Craig #28 – Christian Craig returns to the same team he won his 250SX title with, this time as the fourth 450 rider. Craig is in a bit of a hybrid role as he is Haiden Deegan’s riding coach while also being a full-time 450 racer. Look for Craig again in a full Fox Racing kit. He also suffered a knee injury and could possibly miss the A1 opener.
Haiden Deegan #38 – Haiden Deegan is fresh off the 2024 Pro Motocross and 250 SMX championships but is still looking for a Supercross title to add to his collection. He returns to the Star Racing Yamaha team for his third professional season and is confirmed to race the 250SX West division.
Michael Mosiman #93 – Michael Mosiman is contracted to race with Star Racing Yamaha once again in 2025. He joined the Yamaha outfit in 2024 but has only raced a handful of times due to a string of injuries. Look for him on the 250 West coast.
Cole Davies #100 – New Zealand native, Cole Davies, is set to turn pro at A1 for his rookie season in Supercross. Davies raced the SX Futures for the past few seasons and it looks like the team has deemed him ready for the big leagues.
Pierce Brown #20 – After winning the final SMX playoff in Las Vegas, Brown made the switch from the TLD GasGas team to the Star Racing Yamaha program. He’ll debut on the new ride come the start of the 250 East division.
Max Anstie #31 – British veteran, Max Anstie, joined the Star Racing Yamaha team after the 2024 Supercross season and is slated for his first full year with the BluCru. Funny enough, Anstie first rode for the Star team all the way back in 2010. Look for him on the 250SX East gate.
Daxton Bennick #34 – Daxton Bennick is set for his second year as a pro with the Star Racing Team. He’ll be one of four riders competing in the 250 East division.
Nate Thrasher #41 – Nate Thrasher returns for his fifth season with the Star Racing Yamaha team and is set to compete in the 250 Eastern region.
Monster Energy Kawasaki
Jason Anderson #21 – Former 450SX champ Jason Anderson is back with the Monster Energy Kawasaki team in what marks the final year of his current contract. El Hombre continues in his usual kit of an Airoh helmet, Scott goggles, Alpinestars gear, and Alpinestars boots.
Jorge Prado #70 – Defending MXGP champion, Jorge Prado, makes the move to America for 2025 under the Monster Energy Kawasaki tent, effectively replacing Adam Cianciarulo. This is the first time Prado has raced anything other than an Austrian machine and will be his first full season in the US. He also sports a new kit with Fox Racing from top to bottom complete with Monster branding.
Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki
Ty Masterpool #26 – Ty Masterpool landed a deal with the PC Kawi team after proving his worth during this summer’s fill-in tryout. The Texas native starts his first of two years with the team and is expected to race the 250 East.
Garrett Marchbanks #36 – Marchbanks makes his reuinion with the Pro Circuit Kawasaki team after joining the squad in the latter half of 2024. He’s set to race Anaheim One in January.
Levi Kitchen #47 – Levi Kitchen returns to the Pro Circuit team after nearly winning the West Coast title a year ago. Look for him once again on the line at A1.
Cameron McAdoo #50 – Cameron McAdoo is now a veteran under the Pro Circuit tent and has another two year deal with Mitch Payton’s outfit. Look for McAdoo to race the Eastern region 250 class.
Seth Hammaker #56 – Hammaker returns to the team on a new deal which will see him on green through the ’26 season. He’ll line up on the east coast as one of three Pro Circuit riders.
Drew Adams #98 – Drew Adams raced the Futures rounds last year and is in a bit of a limbo for 2025. Should any of the PC riders get injured, Adams will step up and turn pro to fill their place. If not, he’ll go full-time professional in 2026 or possibly for the 2025 Pro Motocross season.
Red Bull KTM Factory Racing
Chase Sexton #4 – Chase Sexton is back for his second year with the Red Bull KTM team. He finished third in the 2024 Supercross points before winning this summer’s Pro Motocross Championship. Look for him at A1 in an Alpinestars helmet, Oakley goggles, Alpinestars gear, and Alpinestars boots.
Aaron Plessinger #7 – It’s business as usual for Aaron Plessinger who locked in another one year deal with the Red Bull KTM squad. AP scored his first win last year and even led the points early in the ’24 season. He’ll again wear an Alpinestars helmet, Oakley goggles, Thor gear, and Alpinestars boots.
Tom Vialle #1 – Tom Vialle enters 2025 with the number one plate and is ready to defend his 250 East title. This year proves crucial in Vialle’s trajectory as winning again would point him out of the 250 class for 2026. He also moved from Thor gear to Alpinestars while still keeping the Airoh helmet, 100% goggles, and Alpinestars boots.
Julien Beaumer #23 – The 2024 Rookie of the Year, Julien Beaumer, returns to the Red Bull KTM team for his second professional season on the 250 West. He switched from Oneal to One Industries but keeps his Arai helmet, Scott goggles, and Alpinestars boots.
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing
Malcolm Stewart #27 – Mookie returns to the Husqvarna Factory Racing team for his final contracted year with the team. He finished 10th in the 2024 SX points and is still hopeful for his first career win. Stewart keeps his usual look of Shoei helmets, Scott goggles, Seven gear, and Sidi boots.
RJ Hampshire #24 – RJ Hampshire won the 250SX West title a year ago but multiple wrist injuries are likely to force him to the East Coast in 2025. This dampens his hopes for running the number-one plate and competing in the 450SX races when the series heads east. Either way, Hampshire is still expected to make his 450 debut come the 2025 Pro Motocross Championship.
Rockstar Energy GasGas Factory Racing
Justin Barcia #51 – Justin Barcia continues with the GasGas Factory Racing team even though they are now run by KTM in house instead of the Troy Lee Designs effort from years past. Bam Bam maintains his TLD helmet and gear but will be sporting Rockstar logos instead of Red Bull. This is his last year on contract with GasGas.
Ryder DiFrancesco #25 – Ryder D kept his spot on the GasGas brand and is set to race 250 West. This year he’s rocking a new number along with Fly helmet, Oakley goggles, Fly gear, and Gaerne boots. 2025 is DiFrancesco’s final year with a GasGas contract.
Casey Cochran #40 – Casey Cochran makes the move from Husqvarna to GasGas for his first full season as a professional. His look is much similar to last year as he was under the Rockstar Husqvarna tent and with Fly Racing helmets and gear. An offseason injury to his hip and femur will see Cochran aim for the 250 East division.
HEP Suzuki
Ken Roczen #94 – Ken Roczen is on another one year deal with the HEP Suzuki program. Things look very much the same for Kickstart Kenny as he keeps his long-standing Fox and Red Bull deals once again in 2025. His bike sports the full Progressive branding instead of Twisted Tea.
Kyle Chisholm #11 – Chisholm is back with the HEP squad for the 2025 season. Chiz is sporting a new team look with Leatt helmet, goggles, and gear. Both Chisholm and Nichols will run the white and yellow Twisted Tea graphics as opposed to Roczen’s Progressive theme.
Colt Nitchols #45 – Nichols departed the Beta program and joined HEP Suzuki in the latter stages of 2024. He’ll race full-time with the Suzuki squad in 2025 wearing the full Leatt kit.
Triumph Racing Factory Team

Austin Forkner #83 – For the first time since turning pro, Austin Forkner won’t be racing a Kawasaki. Forkner is set to race the Triumph in the 250 West division and will sport an all-new look to match the rest of the team. AF83 had a wild off-season recovering from his crash in Texas and a brain surgery, so we’re excited to see him come A1.
Stilez Robertson #325 – Robertson is another newcomer to the Triumph team but joins familiar faces from his time at Rockstar Energy Husqvarna. The California native has suffered a string of arm and wrist injuries in the past few years and is hoping to be healthy for the east coast gate drop.
Phoenix Racing Honda
Dylan Ferrandis #14 – Dylan Ferrandis returns for a second season with the Phoenix Racing Honda team. He’ll have a familiar look in Bell helmets, 100% goggles, O’Neal gear, Five gloves, and Alpinestars boots but looks to have lost his personal Monster deal.
Nick Romano #39 – Romano’s deal at Star Racing Yamaha ended but he’s found a new home at Phoenix Racing for 2025. The team is basing most of the 250 training from his compound in Florida. Look for Romano on the east coast in the new team deal which includes 6D helmets, 100% goggles, Moose gear, and Alpinestars boots.
Cullin Park #59 – Park is set for another year with the Phoenix Racing team but seems to be on a Supercross-only deal for 2025.
Gavin Towers #115 – Towers returns to the States after a stint in the GP’s and lands as one of four 250 riders for the Phoenix Honda team. Look for him to make his Supercross debut at A1.

Mitchell Oldenburg #49 – Oldenburg joins the Beta team as their second 450 rider.

Carson Mumford #60 – Mumford switched Honda teams from MotoConcepts to FirePower and is expected to race 250 East.
Muc-Off/FXR/ClubMX Yamaha
