Murrieta, CA – KTM Junior Supercross, presented by Wells Fargo and Powered by Ford F-150 Lightning, is preparing to drop the gates on its 26th year of competition in the 2025 AMA Supercross Championship, featuring at 10 rounds in addition to an 11th ‘Championship Round’ at the season finale to complete the action-packed schedule.
The longstanding, exciting introductory platform first introduced by KTM North America, Inc. over two decades ago will continue to encourage the future stars of Supercross to hit the very same track as their factory heroes. Registrations for 2025 are officially now open – get in quick, because you don’t miss out on this ultra-special opportunity.
All riders will be equipped with KTM’s updated 2025 KTM SX-E 5. The all-electric mini-supercrosser – now water-cooled and delivering 30% more riding time – is pitted within a solar-powered semi at all 11 races. The 3.9-kilowatt powered KTM Junior Racing semi is equipped to power the entire semi on race day, including the 15 purpose-built charging stands, thanks to its 30 rooftop solar panels.
For the upcoming season, applicants will be randomly chosen for the KTM Junior Supercross, presented by Wells Fargo and Powered by Ford F-150 Lightning, program and treated to a once-in-a-lifetime experience throughout the day, including a track viewing like the pros, two practice sessions, participation in Opening Ceremonies and a three-lap exhibition race that will see the talented young riders take center stage during the main show.
KTM Jr. Supercross will feature at Anaheim 1’s season-opening round in California on Saturday, January 11, before visiting an assortment of cities throughout the tour including San Diego, Anaheim for a second time, Glendale, Detroit, Arlington, Indianapolis, Birmingham, East Rutherford, and Denver. At the end of the 10-round schedule, the winners from each individual round will be selected to participate in the ultimate ‘Championship Round’ at the series finale in Salt Lake City, Utah, on May 10.
Wells Fargo continues to be the supporting partner for KTM Junior Supercross, while the program will again be powered by Ford F-150 Lightning in 2025. FLY Racing is also a spectacular new addition for the upcoming season, announcing a multi-year partnership that formally commenced at the recent SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX) Final in Las Vegas.
Registration is now open for the 2025 KTM Junior Supercross, presented by Wells Fargo and Powered by Ford F-150 Lightning. Interested applicants must be 7-8 years old and meet the full requirements listed in the official rules. All rules and registration deadlines can be found at www.ktmjrsx.com.
