MV Agusta Releases 2025 F3 Competizione Rennie Scaysbrook | October 31, 2024 MV Agusta’s 2025 F3 Competizione is bringing the premium bling to the supersport category for 2025. Limited to just 300 units worldwide, the F3 Competizione takes inspiration from the iconic F4 Claudio (named after former MV Agusta CEO Claudio Castiglioni). It sports a stunning satin black, silver, and gold color scheme with lashings of carbon fiber details for weight reduction. The F3 Competizione uses the company’s tried and tested 798cc triple engine, and it now delivers a mega 160 horsepower—12 hp up on the standard F3 RR—and it drops 30 lb through the use of lightweight components. This weight loss, thanks to materials like carbon fiber and titanium, allows the bike to reach a frankly remarkable power-to-weight ratio of 0.9 hp/kg for the supersport class. Watch this video on YouTube The F3 Competizione offers a Track Mode configuration via a kit that includes an Akrapovic exhaust, a CNC-machined fuel cap, and a carbon rear seat cover, ensuring you’ve got everything you need and nothing you don’t to go fast—save for slick tires. Suspension comes in the form of Öhlins 43mm NIX30 forks, TTX36 shock, and a 19-step steering damper. Fully adjustable and featuring a titanium coating on the stanchions, the Öhlins setup sheds 2.2 lb compared to the standard model’s suspension. Additionally, South African company BST lace the F3 Competizione with beautiful carbon fiber wheels that drops an extra 6.6 lb of unsprung weight for improved agility and steering responsiveness. Brembo Stylema calipers and 320mm front discs ensure you’ll be able to slow down when needed. Wow… what a stunner. With only 300 being created, the 2025 MV Agusta F3 Competizione will be another instant collector’s item. The F3 Competizione’s electronic suite includes adjustable traction control, launch control, wheelie control, and an adjustable ABS with Sport and Race modes. Race mode deactivates rear ABS and reduces intervention, ideal for track use, while Sport mode retains full ABS and cornering assistance for street riding. MV techs have even fitted a modified nine-disk slip clutch and have reduced lever pull by a claimed 50 percent, but you’ll hardly use it anyway given the up and down quick shifter attached to the gearbox. Aero is all encompassing and includes a carbon front fender and forged carbon winglets providing downforce. A lithium battery also contributes to its weight-saving design. If you want one, you better be quick. They are expected in America in Q3 of 2025 with an MSRP of $33,998. For more MV Agusta news and reviews, click here
