Alton, VA (May 2, 2024) – SMEC Supermoto, the premiere Supermoto Championship in North America, is set to kick off its highly anticipated season at the prestigious Virginia International Raceway in Alton, Virginia.
Riders from across the continent will converge on this renowned VIR Kart circuit, known for its challenging layout and thrilling atmosphere, to compete in the adrenaline-charged spectacle that is Supermoto racing.
Mark your calendars for Sunday May 5 and witness the intense action firsthand as top riders vie for victory on both tarmac and dirt. Spectating is only $5 for adults, and children 12 and under are free.
In addition to being the SMEC round-one event this is also the first of two Eastern regional qualifiers for the 2024 North American Supermoto Shootout.
