Here’s something a little different. With the rise and rise of electric off-road machines of late, the one company everyone is looking to is Honda. The big H is normally the one who defines a segment from the get-go, but they have been rather quiet over the past few years, that is, until the CR Electric Proto broke cover last year.

HRC riders Tosha Schareina and Francesca Nocera recently took part in the first FIM E-Xplorer Championship event in Osaka, Japan, a mix of enduro and motocross that allows an e-MX bike such as this to shine.
It’s an interesting film and worth watching to see the future of motocross. Two-stroke lovers might want to turn away at this point. CN
