Press Release | January 11, 2024
Touratech USA has joined forces with Dirt Bike Safety Training (DBST) to launch a new Adventure Rider Training program. This specialized rider training is powered by DBST and focuses on helping people develop the skills to become better riders.
This is a press release…
DBST has been providing rider education in the Pacific Northwest for 20 years and is an important part of the program at Touratech Rally West. It’s also been the creative force behind the famous Black Forest Challenge Course at the event. The primary training facility is located just north of Seattle in Snohomish County, Washington. This private off-road facility offers a real-world mix of challenging terrain and has become a resource for a range of participants from brand new riders to championship-level racers. This adventure rider training program will also be available in several other geographic regions throughout the U.S.
“When we decided to offer rider training, DBST was the natural fit for Touratech USA. The staff, methodology and facility are world-class. Anyone that wants to improve their bike handling skills and have more fun riding should get Adventure Rider Training powered by DBST,” said Paul Guillien, CEO, Touratech-USA.
Simply put, Touratech believes that its V-of-traction training methods are second to none. By focusing on the ergonomics and biomechanics of body position, this Adventure Rider Training curriculum teaches riders to take control of their motorcycles.
“To be selected by Touratech-USA as its preferred training partner speaks volumes about our joint passion for helping individuals ride safer and farther, while having more confidence than ever before,” said Jason Sherman, general manager, DBST.
Dirt Bike Safety Training offers rider training 365 days a year, weather permitting. All classes require reservations in advance.
