2024 Moto Guzzi Stelvio Price and Specs
Rennie Scaysbrook | November 7, 2023
Moto Guzzi’s maxi-ADV machine of days gone by has been revived by the Italians with the announcement of the 2024 Stelvio.
The Stelvio uses the same 1042cc liquid-cooled 90° transverse short block V-twin motor that we first saw in the V100 Mandello last year pumping out a claimed 115 hp at 8700 rpm and 77 lb-ft of torque at 6750 rpm. It’s a ground-up new bike that includes a cardan shaft drive, new chassis, new riding position, front and rear-facing radar with adaptive cruise control and front collision warning, blind spot monitoring and lane change assist functions offered as an accessory.
The cardan shaft drive is re-engineered for off-road use and a new steel trellis chassis uses the motor as a stressed member, making for a claimed 20 percent increase in rigidity.
Sachs provides the electronically-adjustable 46 mm fork and KYB provides the shock, with both ends offering 6.7 inches of wheel travel. Brembo takes care of the brakes with dual four-piston monobloc calipers clamping 320mm discs, while a twin-piston caliper biting a 280mm disc clamps the back end.
As for electronics, you’ve got a Marelli 11MP six-axis IMU, Cornering traction control and four-level ABS, five riding modes of Tourism, Rain, Street, Sport, and Off-Road, and it’s possible to deactivate both traction control in all the modes and ABS if you’re in Off-Road mode.
The 2024 Moto Guzzi Stelvio is available in two colorways in the Giallo Savana and Nero Vulcano, and both bikes are available with or without PFF Rider Assistance Solution.
