Road 2 Recovery is holding its third annual Whiskey Throttle Rider Cup golfing event. The proceeds will directly support R2R’s mission, particularly the Injured Rider Endowment. R2R provides critical financial assistance and coordinate essential recovery resources, such as emergent and long-term healthcare logistics, medical billing negotiations, direct payments to hospitals, sourcing for certified companies for adaptive home modifications, and free access to mental health services.

Poway, CA (October 23, 2023)- The excitement is building, and the countdown is officially on! The third annual Whiskey Throttle Rider Cup is just around the corner on November 3, 2023, at The Golf Club at Rancho California in Murrieta, California. Golfers, mark your calendars and gear up for an unforgettable day, all while impacting the lives of injured professional athletes.
Last year, with the support of our valued partners and dedicated volunteers, we raised over $25,000, providing critical assistance to over 22 injured professional athletes. This year, we aim to exceed our previous success while providing an amazing experience for everyone in attendance.
One lucky winner will win this 2022 KTM SX-F donated by Jeff at Blackmore Ranch. The winner will be pulled on 11/3/23 at the tournament banquet. Enter the raffle HERE
This tournament is guaranteed to be a good time with great vibes. Starting strong with some new additions for 2023:
- The Legends and Heroes historical Motocross exhibit will be on display with some beautiful bikes for all to view.
- “Trust Me Vodka’s” Bar On The Green will have tasty bevies, HYDOR Water, and snacks to keep the good times rolling.
- There will be fun and interactive games with epic prizes on every hole, like a chance to win the “Blackmore Ranch” custom Ducati Scrambler and much more.
