Eight Great Divide Adventure Rides on the Great Divide of Colorado are announced for 2023. All eight of these multi-day club rides take place through the Rocky Mountains, not around them. These Great Divide Adventure rides are all proven routes, limited to 25 riders, and go to iconic destinations, with as much dirt as possible. Club rides open to any competent rider. Enjoy the camaraderie of other like-minded enthusiasts around a campfire.
Each ride includes the following:
- Phone-compatible GPS tracks
- Gear Portage
- Chase truck & trailer
- Campsites
- Breakfasts
- A dinner
- T-shirt and pin.
- Lodging is on you if you do not wish to camp.
- Each ride includes staging, camping or lodging on private property.
- Your choice weather you want to camp or lodge most nights.
- Overnight rides include Gear Portage and some meals.
- Chase truck & Trailer in case of an issue.
- Ride With GPS phone compatible tracks, that include our local experts dirt ‘shortcuts’.
- You leave when you wish, ride without a large crowd, and don’t wait on a Guide, since your riding with GPS tracks.
- The Club insists everyone use the Buddy System and look out for each other.
- Rides 1-4, 7, 8 all include Alternate Routes that avoid any difficult sections.
- Rides 5 & 6 includes Jeep Roads and trails
- $425 to Join the club for one of these rides.
- 2nd and subsequent rides are $325 in ’23
- The COBDR the last week in August is 7 days of support and $700.

- August 9-15 ’23 X-Roads BV SIX Days of Colorado Dual Sport, Singletrack and Adventure ride, Buena Vista. 6 Days in the Heart of the Rocky Mtns.
- August 24 – 31 ’23 COBDR Adventure Ride for 7 Days from the 4 Corners to the Wyoming Border. 9 Passes, gear portage & club support.
- September 7-10 ’23 Marble Dual Sport & Adventure Ride 3 Days from Marble, CO. Spectacular part of Colorado where few people venture.
- September 21-24 ’23 Spanish Border Adventure 3 Days in South Colorado & Northern New Mexico on the old Spanisht Border. Where few venture.
- October 5-8 ’23 Hartsel Lodge Adventure Rendezvous 4 Days of Adventure Loops from the Center of Colorado. Multiple ADV loops in every direction.
Plus one in Nevada the weekend before Thanksgiving - Nov 17-20 ’23 Las Vegas 300 2 Day Dual Sport & Adventure Ride that Circumnavigates Las Vegas, NV. Ride in the Desert & Mtns all the way around Las Vegas.
