Gallery: Lawrence Brothers Press Conference Ryan Nitzen | January 5, 2023 Last night, the Lawrence brothers held their own press conference. Why, you ask? Because that’s just what they do. The main Supercross press day, which takes place on Friday, is usually for 450 riders only. So the Lawrences did a full meet and greet press conference for just them. Pretty cool. The event was held on the outskirts of South Coast Plaza, a high end shopping mall in Southern California. Last year, there was a full sized Supercross finish line jump that Hunter rode since Jett got hurt in the weeks leading up to A1. This year though, rains ruined any chance of riding and the event was held almost entirely indoors. Scroll through to see some of the action. Jett and Hunter on stage in front of their loyal fans. Photos: Ryan Nitzen Daniel Blair hosted the event and special guest Phil Nicoletti made an appearance. Plenty of Jettson branded donuts were given out. Big news for the Jettson Donuts brand as they are now the Official Donut of Supercross. Nicoletti is also the first sponsored rider for the brand. Donuts will be available at each round of the Supercross series. The fans got some time with the boys. Huntah Hunter’s bike on display. He’s racing east coast which starts in Texas at round five. The red lights looked cool on the red bike. Note the new SMX (SuperMotocross) logos on the number plates. Jettson himself Honda brought Jett’s outdoor championship bike. Lots of factory parts here. Good luck finding one of these bar pads at the dealer. Jett won the 2022 250 outdoor title and will jump to a 450 for outdoors this year. Ancillary Studios had some supercars on display.
