Leatt’s 4.5 neck brace is all-new for 2023. Available in three sizes, the Leatt 4.5 sits between the 3.5 and 5.5 neck braces as far as adjustability and price.
The 4.5 has a lightweight composite matrix platform that is designed to transfer potential injury-producing forces away from the neck during an impact. The two-way adjustable rear of the brace is engineered to work with the body’s natural movements. It has a cut-out for the collarbone to not only keep the helmet rim from injuring fragile bones, but also to allow for freedom of movement of the helmet.
