Best In The Desert’s 2022 Laughlin Desert Classic is now open for all classes, and the Battle Born 200 is postponed until 2023.
Just Announced on September 14, 2022 – the King Shocks Laughlin Desert Classic, Duel in the Desert registration for racers is now open. This popular race is open to all classes—car, truck, motorcycle and UTV. Come and challenge the proven, fast and tricky, 16-mile-loop course. Race event dates are October 20-23. Sign Up Below:

Having just wrapped up the successful Method Race Wheels Casey Folks Vegas-to-Reno event, off-road racing with Best In The Desert is getting more and more exciting every day. Today we are announcing some great additions to the King Shocks Laughlin Desert Classic, Duel in the Desert. In order to show appreciation for all our loyal racers, we have made the decision to add every class to the exciting Laughlin Desert Classic, including UTVs, quads and motorcycles, in addition to cars and trucks. At the same time, in order to save some of your hard earned $$ in these interesting economic times, we have postponed the Battle Born 200 until 2023.
The Laughlin Desert Classic, always a racer and fan favorite, will feature a proven, fast and tricky, 16-mile loop course, It will be held over two days of racing, October 20-23. Many of our long-time competitors say this race course and venue is one of their favorites! YES! We are bringing back the Laughlin Leap–more details once we finalize plans. We also have a few surprises lined up for everyone to experience.
The 2023 Best In The Desert off-road race event dates are now available. This lineup is composed of legendary favorites like the Parker 250 /425, Laughlin Desert Classic, Silver State 300, and Vegas to Reno, plus some new events to fill the calendar and further solidify Best In The Desert as the premier off-road desert racing series in North America. Surprise: the 250 and 425 have been combined into one action packed week of racing in January 2023.
