Haiden Deegan To Make Pro Debut At Ironman
Cycle News Staff | August 25, 2022
The internet is swirling with news of amateur hotshot, Haiden Deegan, making his professional debut this weekend at the Ironman National. Deegan raced the 250 B and Schoolboy classes at this year’s Loretta Lynn Amateur National and recently earned his pro points through the Unadilla and Budds Creek amatuer days. Not sure at this time if he will race professional from here on out or if he will use these rounds to gain experience, similar to what Ryder Difrancesco did earlier this summer. Deegan will run number 438 under the Star Racing Yamaha tent. Another Yamaha amatuer, Gavin Towers, will also make his pro debut this weekend with number 532.
