Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Stilez Robertson will sit out the remainder of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship due to an ankle injury that he suffered at the previous round at Spring Creek (Millville, Minnesota).
Robertson suffered the injury in the second moto after getting caught up in a multi-rider incident. The injury will require surgery.
“It really sucks to end the season this way, but I’m going to go under the knife and get these ligaments fixed up,” he said.
Robertson is currently eighth in the 250MX Championship. He earned his first career podium at RedBud three rounds ago.
