David has had a successful career both on and off the track but those successes were met with struggles and missteps along the way. He used each setback as a learning experience:
“If we fail to meet goals we’ve set for ourselves, it can take some time to gain a healthier perspective of the shortcomings.” ~ David Pingree.
Hearing his story and perspective on goals, next steps, and mental health will be helpful for all ages and riders or family members; especially those who are looking to make a change or level up.
This meeting will hit multiple mental health topics; participants will be provided tools for coping with the resources needed to support themself and our community that is currently struggling.
