Beta USA announced its hard enduro team, which will be made up of two returning riders, Germany’s Tim Apolle and long-time Beta member and co-team manager Morgan Tanke Colon. Tanke Colon’s husband, Richard, will be the team’s new co-team manager. The U.S. Hard Enduro Series begins this weekend in Arizona for the Grinding Stone Enduro.

Paso Robles, CA (March 23, 2022) – The Beta Hard Enduro Team is made up of familiar faces. Back for his second year with the team is German racer Tim Apolle (pronounced Ah-Paul-La). Coming off a solid performance at the Super Enduro Championship in Europe, Tim is looking to build upon that experience in the U.S. Hard Enduro and EnduroCross series.
Longtime Beta Factory rider, Morgan Tanke Colón, continues with the team and will function as co-team manager and rider. Morgan is an eight-time EnduroCross veteran. Her knowledge of the sport will not only help her but also her teammate. Morgan’s husband Richard Colón, who has provided support to the Beta Race Team in an unofficial capacity in the past, now steps into a bona fide role as team manager.
The U.S. Hard Enduro Series begins this weekend in Arizona for the Grinding Stone Enduro. There are a few new venues announced for this series this year but it also will make stops at the classic hard enduro venues that fans have come to know and love. The eight-event schedule will test the riders skill and endurance.
The EnduroCross is an arena-style extreme enduro event. There are be six rounds for riders to compete to earn the title of EnduroCross champion. EnduroCross will get underway this fall.
