Daytona Beach, FL (January 21, 2022) – Progressive American Flat Track announced today that Mission Foods will serve as the title sponsor of AFT Production Twins—now officially branded as Mission Production Twins presented by Vance & Hines—for the 2022 season.
Mission Foods joined Progressive AFT’s family of partners in 2021 as title sponsor of the sport’s premier class, Mission SuperTwins presented by S&S, and quickly began to leverage the strength of its retail relationships to promote the sport in supermarkets across America.
The addition of the title sponsorship for Mission Production Twins presented by Vance & Hines follows last month’s announcement of the Mission Production Twins Challenge, which will provide up to $100,000 or more in eligible awards to Mission Production Twins presented by Vance & Hines teams that race their way into the premier-class Mains throughout the season.
The Mission Production Twins Challenge joins the Mission 2Fast2Tasty Challenge and Mission Paddock Club as another innovative way for the world’s leading brand for tortillas and wraps to give back to the world class athletes that compete in the sport.
“Mission Foods brings an incredible amount of energy to the sport, and their racing-style tortilla chips are now the go-to snack for both fans and competitors at our events,” said Gene Crouch, COO and Progressive American Flat Track. “We truly appreciate their ever-present desire to give back to the riders and teams that deliver incredible racing during each Progressive AFT weekend.”
“We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Progressive American Flat Track and become the official sponsor of the Production Twins class” said Juan Gonzalez, Mission Foods Chief Executive Officer. “Mission Foods is proud to support the riders and race fans of the Progressive American Flat Track series, and we look forward to an even more exciting 2022 season.”
Progressive AFT will kick off the 2022 season with a Daytona Bike Week doubleheader on Thursday, March 10 and Friday, March 11 at Volusia Speedway Park.
