Yamaha will be showing off its line of motorcycles all weekend at the Yamaha display and will also offer licensed MotoAmerica fans demo rides on select models.
Additionally, a Yamaha owners ticket package is being offered and that includes three-day general admission, preferred parking, participation in the parade lap, and a Yamaha branded gift. There will also be an enter-to-win parade lap promotion. “Our Yamaha YZF-R1 is dominating the MotoAmerica Superbike Series with Jake Gagne winning seven races in a row, so Yamaha fans will definitely have something to cheer about at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, July 9-11,” said Steve Nessl, Yamaha Motorsports Marketing Manager. “We will also have plenty of things for them to do when they’re not watching the on-track action, including checking out the all-new YZF-R7 at the Yamaha display and taking part in our demo ride program. It’s going to be a great weekend in Monterey and Yamaha is proud to be a part of it.”
“It’s great having Yamaha on board as an official manufacturer of the GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Speedfest at Monterey,” said MotoAmerica President Wayne Rainey. “The weekend at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca promises to be a special one and we’re happy that Yamaha will be a big part of that. Make sure you visit the Yamaha display to kick some tires and check out their newest motorcycles and we look forward to seeing you all in Monterey.”
