The FBI Has Raided The Ducati North America Offices

The FBI has conducted a raid on the Ducati North America head offices in Sunnyvale, CA.
“I can confirm that FBI San Francisco was at that location on December 17, 2020, to conduct court-authorized law enforcement activity,” said FBI spokeswoman Katherine Zackel in a brief statement to Revzilla. “As of today’s date, no public records are available. Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, I cannot comment further at this time.”
Cycle News contacted Ducati North America’s Marketing Director, Phil Read, who said in a statement, “It is Ducati North America’s practice to cooperate fully with any inquiries from government agencies. I cannot make any further comment on this matter.”
