Developed and tested with help of top hard-enduro and endurocross riders, the JX8 Gekkota rear tire has an updated three-ply carcass and stiffer sidewalls for more rigidity and stability for tackling obstacles.
Its tread is made from a gummy compound that includes reinforced center knobs. IRC says that this tire is specifically for serious trail riders or for extreme indoor enduros, such as endurocross events, and is not recommended for MX applications.
