Vicenza, Italy (September 21, 2020) – Dainese presents Flat Track Master at Valentino Rossi’s Ranch, a unique opportunity to learn the secrets of motorcycle control in an exclusive setting and with exceptional teachers. The intense weekend in the land of motors includes visits to legendary sites and the chance to watch professional riders from the VR46 Riders Academy train, as well as access to the exclusive flat track course from Dainese.
The Dainese Experience project now features a brand-new chapter. Flat Track Master is much more than a mere experience around a clay oval. It is a unique opportunity to put yourself to the test and boost your riding skills in complete safety, guided by the world’s best-qualified teachers, or rather, Valentino Rossi and the professional riders from the VR46 Riders Academy.
Flat track serves as an increasingly popular training activity for MotoGP™ riders, as it is perfect for developing a sensitivity that is also useful in everyday riding. Having to control the bike on terrain with low levels of grip is the best way to create a bond with it, foreseeing its movements and reactions. Throttle control, gearing and brakes take on a key role on clay surfaces, all excellent preparation for using the bike on the road, in any situation, from an urban scenario to a mountain pass.
Flat Track Master participants will be able to witness the daily training of Valentino Rossi and his VR46 Riders Academy first-hand. And the best thing is that they will not only observe, but can also listen in as the riders share opinions at the end of each track session. Having seen what the experts do, participants will then be able to put what they have learnt to good use, guided by federal instructors, who will provide both theoretical lessons and practical exercises. Dainese Flat Track Master is the perfect opportunity to spend a weekend immersed in the unique atmosphere of the land of motors, where the legend was born and raised. After visits to legendary sites such as the Marco Simoncelli museum and the VR46 headquarters, Saturday will see participants watch Valentino Rossi’s exclusive training session, able to hear his advice for themselves. On Sunday it’s time for action with the Flat Track Master, guided by federal instructors. The day is divided into theoretical and practical lessons, which take place at the very track where Valentino trains.
