Antigravity Battery Tracker Review
Sean Finley | July 9, 2020
Despite our best efforts to use them regularly, our motorcycles often sit for extended periods of time and this can lead to a dead battery. Antigravity Batteries produces some of the best lightweight lithium batteries on the market, and they introduced a Bluetooth tracker that monitors your batteries.
It has three functions: a voltage test, cranking test and charging test. The unit is very easy to install and will work on motorcycles, cars, boats and RVs. The system uses an app on your phone (iOS or Android) to display the status for the various test and monitoring history. The app allows you to view real-time and up to 31 days of historical data. One of the most useful features is that the app can be set to send you an alert if the battery is due for a charge to avoid doing damage. They have both lithium and lead/acid versions of the device.

Antigravity Battery Tracker Rider Analysis
Allowing your battery to discharge can do irreparable damage, which can leave you stranded and cost you time and money to replace. And if you are talking about a lithium battery in most high-end off-road bikes, the cost is at least $100. I have ruined a few motorcycle batteries over the years and even more batteries in our RV (at a cost of $200 for two batteries each time). So, I was pretty happy to see this $36 option to remind me to charge my batteries.
I installed one on my KTM 450 EXC in about 30 minutes with most of that time finding a place to squeeze it in the extremely limited space under the seat on those bikes. The app and Bluetooth setup was also easy. Anytime you are within 30 feet of the unit, it transfers data to the app and gives you an update. I have had this on the bike for about a year now and it is great to get the regular updates to remind me to charge the battery or at least take it for a short ride. This is a really simple but useful tool that can save a lot of aggravation with your motorcycles, cars, boats or RVs. CN
