AXP Racing’s Poly Skid Plate ($315) for the KTM 790 Adventure is made from lightweight and durable 8mm HDPE.
The skid plate helps protect the KTM’s engine, the shock linkage and the lower section of the fuel tank. The aluminum mounting brackets utilize the existing stock skid-plate mounts and frame points, unlike other skid plates that utilize engine mounting points. All the necessary mounting hardware is included and the skid plates comes in a choice of black or orange.
