We have all of your 2019 AIMExpo Show Highlights in one spot. The Cycle News staff spent four days inside the Columbus, Ohio Convention center and rounded up videos from several of the companies that were on hand. Many of these products are new for the upcoming 2020 model year. Scroll down to check out the highlights.
Suzuki at the 2019 AIMExpo – Katana & V-Strom Reveal
Suzuki’s news was dominated by one bike for 2020–the all new Katana. The Katana was also complimented by a new V-Strom 650, which we spoke about with Suzuki’s Rachel Anderson here.
EBC Brakes at AIMExpo 2019
The brake pads and accessories from British-owned EBC Brakes are some of the best in the business. We talked with their crew, who were excited about their updated GPFAX race pads. They also showed off their braided steel brake lines and disc.
Beta at 2019 AIME – 2020 300 Race Edition two-stroke
Italy’s Beta had their full range on show under lights for AIMExpo 2019, highlighting the stunning 2020 300 Race Edition two-stroke. Their RR-S Dual Sport and X-Trainer have also received significant updates.
Rekluse at AIMExpo 2019
Performance Clutch components from Rekluse are popular products that are made of high-quality materials and built for maximum performance. Their crew at AIMExpo 2019 took us through their new products.
S&S Cycle Shows off Indian FTR 1200 Exhaust
A new exhaust system from S&S Cycle was rolled out at AIMExpo 2019. The new S&S Indian FTR 1200 exhaust is inspired by their Indian factory race team exhaust, giving the bike more power, better styling and a “wicked” sound.
Cobra Moto Introduces E-Powered Youth Motocross bike
The performance mini-bike segment was created with help by Cobra years ago and many current Supercross riders got their start on a Cobra. Their big 2020 news is the launch of the new premium electric youth MX bike. This could be the future of MX racing.
Funnelweb Filter at AIMExpo 2019
The unique air filter design from Funnelweb Filter uses a pyramid shape to double the surface area. This allows for more area to capture dirt and debris and extends the necessary service intervals. Cleaning a filter is no fun so this is a welcomed product.
Honda Motorcycle at AIMExpo 2019
Ride Red’s biggest announcement was the heavily-revised CRF1000L Africa Twin, marking the machine’s first official public appearance anywhere in the world. Honda also had all of the current models on display.
FXR Apparel Shows off 2020 Line
Motocross, Supercross and Off-Road races have been inundated with FXR gear the last few seasons and we had a chat with the crew to see what’s new for 2020. They showed off their new 6D helmet collaboration along with updates on their apparel lines.
Husqvarna Motorcycles at AIMExpo 2019
The streetbike range from Husqvarna was shown off at AIMExpo, with the Vitpilen and Svartpilen on display for the fans in Ohio. They also had a lot of their parts and accessories on display.
Rabaconda Three Minute Tire Changer
Tire changing is significantly easier with help from Rabaconda. They’ve gained recognition with ISDE competition, where riders do their own mechanical work in a short time period. This can also be a great tool for anybody that changes their own tires.
Kawasaki at AIMExpo 2019
The new products from Kawasaki centered around the new range of KLX off-road machines. Part of a three-bike attack on the segment, the new KLX range should prove a perfect starting point for new riders.
Liqui Moly at AIMExpo 2019
German oil giant Liqui Moly had a huge display at AIMExpo. Heavily involved in MotoAmerica racing as title sponsor for the Junior Cup and the official oil in Moto2 and Moto3, Liqiu Moly is making a big impact in the U.S. market.
Sherco at AIMExpo 2019
The stunning blue Sherco range was on full display at AIMExpo, with one of the more impressive set-ups of any manufacturer. If these bikes don’t make you want to ride, nothing will.
Continental Tire at AIMExpo 2019
A trusted brand in the industry, Continental Tire brought a ton of tires to AIMExpo 2019. They showed off the new Trail Attack III Adventure tire and the Road Attack III street tire. Plus, they showed off the Conti Tour cruiser tires.
Spectro Oils at AIMExpo 2019
U.S. owned Spectro Oils has a long history in racing. Not just engine oils, Spectro also has a line of suspension fluids, fork oils, brake fluids, coolant, chain lubes/waxes, filter cleaners and oils.
Zero Motorcycles at AIMExpo 2019
America’s own Zero Motorcycles had two bikes on display at AIMExpo with the widely-acclaimed SR/F and the DSR Black Forest, once reserved for the European market only.
Antigravity Lithium Batteries
We got the rundown from Antigravity Batteries on some of their products. We learned more about one of their main products, their restart technology battery as well as their battery tracker, which we have also been testing.
Brock’s Performance Carbon Fiber Wheels
Brock’s Performance demonstrates to us how their Carbon fiber wheels compare to traditional metal or aluminum wheels. Their demo slows how the reduced weight provides a noticeable improvement in braking and handling.
CAKE Electric Bikes
One of the most exciting new manufacturers was Swedish electric bike company, CAKE. Industrial in design and incredibly fun to ride, the CAKE bikes offer a look into what’s coming with electric machines.
California Heat at AIMExpo 2019
When it’s getting cold outside, there’s no better way to stay warm during a ride than with heated clothing from California Heat. They take us through some of their new products that are powered by 12v power source or a compact 7v battery.
Yamaha at AIMExpo 2019
The boys in blue had a brand new, carbon-fiber wrapped YZF-R1M on display at their expansive booth, as well as a display of the Monster Energy Yamaha YZF-R3.
Kenda Tires Powersports Line
Industry giant Kenda Tires is known worldwide for their tires especially with their impressive Powersports lineup. Offering tires for almost anything with wheels, Jason Baldwin walked us through their motorcycle offerings.
Cometic Gasket at AIMExpo 2019
Known as one of the better gasket and engine sealing solutions in the industry, we caught up with Cometic at AIMExpo 2019. New for 2020 is the MLX line of gaskets which uses a fold over layer to create a better combustion seal around the combustion area.
STACYC at AIMExpo 2019
The awesome little stability cycles from STACYC were zipping around a course at AIMExpo, with long lines full of excited kids. These little bikes are getting a lot of attention for providing a way to get the next generation onto powered two wheel bikes.
DEI at AIMExpo 2019
Heat control problems on a bike can be a huge pain and DEI is one of industries leaders on heat control products. They’re known for their pipe wrap offering a traditional wrap and a titanium wrap. They also showed off their other new wraps and UTV kits.

The high-performance coolant by Engine Ice is a popular product that’s become the number one coolant choice for Motocross and Off-road use. They recently released a Helmet Renew to keep your helmet fresh and Plastic Shine to make your bike look like new.
Givi Motorcycle Luggage and Crash Guards
With a massive display at AIMExpo 2019, Givi showed why they are a leader when it comes to motorcycle luggage and crash guard accessories. They gave us a detailed look at their line and what to expect in 2020.
Hoosier Racing Tire at AIMExpo 2019
The largest race tire company in the world, Hoosier is stepping into the world of off-road tires. They were at AIMExpo 2019 to give us a look at their new tires and explained what makes them different from some of the other brands.

All Balls Racing at 2019 AIMExpo
All Balls had a massive range of cables, linkages, engine parts and wheel bearings on display for almost any motorcycle, ATV or UTV at AIMExpo.
WARN at AIMExpo 2019
Off-road focused WARN rolled out a brand-new, redesigned line of winches. The new winches are expected to be big improvements compared to past models. We got all the info you need on their new AXON and VRX Powersports winches.

The 2019 AIMExpo is here. And Cycle News is on the scene here in Columbus, Ohio ready to bring you all the news from the floor of the show. The AIMExpo will be open for trade and media personnel on Thursday and Friday then open to the public on Saturday and Sunday. Here is a quick preview from the setup day.
