2020 Moto Guzzi V7 III Racer First Look
Rennie Scaysbrook | February 26, 2019
Those suave Italians from Mandello del Lario have just unveiled the 2020 Moto Guzzi V7 III Racer. Dedicated to the North American market, Moto Guzzi hasn’t delivered a final number on how many Racers they will deliver, but bet around the 250-300.
Mechanically speaking, the 2020 Moto Guzzi V7 III Racer will be identical to the base V7 III Racer in the 750cc, 90° V-twin, mounted longitudinally in the frame in trademark Moto Guzzi style. The Italians are claiming 52 hp at 6200 rpm and 44 lb-ft of torque at 4900 rpm for the V7.
The new gloss-coated white graphic with red accents make this V7 different. As do the red frame and the spoked wheels with black channels and red Moto Guzzi stickers.
The 2020 Moto Guzzi V7 III Racer also gets fully adjustable Ohlins twin shocks for the rear suspension. There are set-back footpegs that are machined from solid billets, a lightened steering stem, and a steering yoke guard.
V7III Racer Limited Edition will be available June in the United States at an MSRP of $9,990. It will be available this July in Canada at an MSRP of $11,590.
