The RC series is a six-strong collection of motorcycles, ranging from the top-of-the-line 1000cc F4 RC superbike that Jordi Torres has been riding in the 2018 WorldSBK Championship, to the Turismo Veloce 800 sport touring weapon that shares the same inline three-cylinder motor as the F3 800 sportbike.
Indeed, the three-cylinder motor powers four of the six motorcycles in the RC line-up, with just the F3 675 and F4 utilizing different power plants.
The F4 has been a case in point of late as this is the last time (for now) MV will be producing a dedicated 1000cc superbike, an occasion they commemorated with the 100-edition only MV Agusta F4 Claudio, a stunning rolling tribute the man that saved MV Agusta, Claudio Castiglioni.
MV Agusta recently received a Euro 40 million cash injection, as company President Giovanni Castiglioni attempts to right the wrongs of the past decade that nearly saw the company go bankrupt.
Castiglioni also announced the imminent arrival of the new Brutale 1000, one he claims will produce a stunning 212 hp, making it by far the most powerful nakedbike in the 1000cc sector. That machine is due to debut at EICMA in Milan this week, but until then, MV has bestowed upon us this massive gallery of images we will now present to you to feast your eyes upon.
Stay tuned to Cycle News for First Looks on all the new motorcycles that will be released in Milan this week.
