Jones battled back from a first-day crash to take the overall win on his Monster Energy-backed Honda. The win vaulted Jones into the series points lead with just one round left.
“I made a lot of mistakes and went down hard once,” Jones said. “I rebounded on Sunday, and conditions couldn’t have been better.”
Second overall went to former motocrosser Cole Shondeck. “I did the first round in Glen Helen and I liked it so much I decided to do the whole series,” said Shondeck. “It was an awesome weekend. The Enduro Test was super cool. The single-track section was tight and completely different than the rest of it. The GP sections were fast, but they were fun. You get a little bit of everything out here. I grew up doing motocross and I’m a little bit new to the off road stuff.”
Third went to multi-time hare and hound champion Destry Abbott who was followed by his son Cooper Abbott.
Steve Gibson rounded out the top five overall.
