2018 Glendale 250cc Supercross Results: Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Eli Tomac is back on a roll. Despite not getting a good time in for qualifying, and not having a great heat race, Tomac grabbed the holeshot in the main event and led every lap for the second year in a row at the Glendale Supercross in Arizona.

Tomac sprinted away early in the main event while the field got sorted out behind him, eventually with Monster Energy/Knich/Yamalube Yamaha’s Justin Barcia taking the second spot. Over the course of the 20-minute-plus-one-lap main event, Barcia gained ground on Tomac repeatedly, only to lose the ground again with a mistake here or there. Behind him, Honda’s Ken Roczen was doing the same thing.

At the finish, Tomac took the win for the second week in a row by just over 2 seconds in front of Barcia, who had another second and a half on Roczen in third. Behind them came points leader Jason Anderson (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna) after battling his way through a mess of racers for most of the main event. Then came Red Bull KTM’s Marvin Musquin in fifth.
