Throwback Thursday: Doug Henry Leads in Front of Big Supermoto Crowd

Doug Henry leads the start of the 2005 AMA Supermoto Championship race at Waterford Hills Road Racing Course in Clarkston, Michigan. Chris Fillmore, of Oxford, Mich., (11) runs second ahead of Honda teammate Jeff Ward (3).

Henry and Ward split wins in the two-race event. It marked the first motorcycle race on the venerable old Waterford Hills course.
