Barnett Dirt Digger Clutch Kits
Barnett Dirt Digger high-performance clutch kits feature clutch plates made with Barnett’s exclusive Carbon Fiber or Kevlar friction material, tempered steel drive plates, and a set of heavy duty springs that are 10-15% stiffer than OEM. The “CF” and Kevlar materials provide a stronger, more positive engagement and the ‘segmented’ friction material design increases oil flow to the clutch providing a smoother, more consistent performance and increased clutch life. The heavy-duty springs are shotpeened and heat-treated for extreme durability. All clutch kits are pre-measured for proper stack height prior to packaging to ensure reliable fit and performance.
Barnett Billet Clutch Baskets for Off-Road Bikes ($230-$250)
Barnett clutch baskets are CNC-precision machined from the most durable aluminum and feature replaceable stainless-steel inserts to prevent grooving of the basket where the clutch plate tabs make contact. Oil-passage windows are also machined into the basket to increase oil flow to the clutch plates resulting in cooler operating temperatures and a longer clutch life. Grade-8 quality fasteners are included and the backing plate is also included where applicable. Select applications come with the center kicker gear already installed. These baskets are available for popular 80cc and up off-road motorcycles.
Barnett Billet Clutch Covers for Ducati 6-Speed Dry-Clutch Models ($198)
Show off your clutch and protect it at the same time. Barnett Clutches and Cables offers three clutch cover designs available for Ducati 6-speed dry-clutch models. The three designs are the Half, Propeller, and the Open Face cover. These covers are CNC-precision machined from aerospace-quality billet aluminum. They are then polished and anodized in your choice of clear (natural), black or hard anodize.
