Irvine, CA (August 2, 2016) – The 2016 AMA EnduroCross series will kick off on the East Coast inside the Infinite Energy Center in Duluth, Georgia on Saturday, August 27th. The spectacular arena just North of Atlanta hosted a round of EnduroCross in 2014 but did not make the schedule for 2015. So it will be great for the east coast fans and riders to have the opportunity to compete or see an EnduroCross in person.
“This is a great venue and we know that there are a lot of off-road motorcycle racers and fans in the Southeast,” said Mike Karsting, VP of events for TEN, the producers of EnduroCross. “So we expect to attract a large group of local rider’s looking give extreme indoor off-road racing a shot. It is challenging for the riders and a great show for the fans.”
The last time the series visited Atlanta in 2014, it was an epic battle between Taddy Blazusiak and Cody Webb that went down to the last lap. Blazusiak managed to win that battle but lost the championship that season to Webb. Both riders will be back along with a long list of the best off-road motorcycle racers in the world. Colton Haaker, the current FIM SuperEnduro World Champion will be among those riders looking to take the AMA EnduroCross title from Webb and Blazusiak.

All of those support class main events run as part of the night show so it is your chance to compete in front of a large crowd. And there is nothing more challenging than tackling an EnduroCross course.
