New Smyrna Beach, FL (May 5, 2016) – Suzuki has confirmed their commitment to the 2016 Lucas Oil JuniorMotoX event, which will take premium Amateur MX indoors at the Lazy E Arena in Oklahoma. The unique event will be 100-percent focused on riders 18 and under and limit bikes to 250cc and under. This is a great way to showcase Suzuki’s renewed commitment to Amateur Motocross as they will have Richard Taylor, Crockett Myers, and Nikko Capps participating in the event and will also be offering contingency support to all Suzuki riders.
“We really like the focus on Youth riders and exposing those riders to quality indoor racing,” said Chris Wheeler, MX Support Manager at Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. “Suzuki has a rich history in grooming top amateur racers for future success at the professional level and we believe that the JuniorMotoX concept will be a great place to showcase that.”
“It is great to have Suzuki recognize the vision for this new event,” said Eric Peronnard, the co-creator of the JuniorMotoX. “And the Suzuki contingency is a great way for riders to help continue their racing growth.”
