Press Release | November 14, 2014
Why We Ride is partnering with Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s Ride for Kids program for a holiday fundraising campaign. Why We Ride will donate $5 to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation for each copy of the DVD sold on www.WhyWeRide.com through the end of the year.
“The motorcycling community is a very generous and compassionate community,” said Why We Ride Producer/Director Bryan H. Carroll, “and this Holiday Season we wanted to give riders another way to help support this wonderful organization.”
“People can buy a Why We Ride DVD as a gift or stocking stuffer and know that their purchase results in a contribution to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation’s Ride For Kids program,” said Why We Ride Producer James Walker. “For those people that may already own the DVD, we encourage them to contribute directly to Ride For Kids by visiting their website.”
“We are humbled and grateful for this generous contribution,” said Steve Reynolds, National Director of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. “We are big fans of the film Why We Ride, and we couldn’t agree more with its message of celebrating motorcycling, family and all of the wonderful people in this community.
Ride For Kids is a national series of motorcycle rides that supports the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Their mission is to eliminate the challenges of childhood brain tumors by funding medical research and family support programs, and for the last 31 years the organization has done this by holding dozens of fundraising rides across the country.
