Suzuki made visual changes to its entry level DR200S for 2015
Suzuki announced its latest version of its DR200S dual sport bike. For the 2015 model year, the new DR200S takes on mostly styling and ergonomic changes.
Its new look is modeled after the company’s RM-Z motocrossers, featuring Champion Yellow bodywork and a newly shaped seat that integrates more naturally with the DR’s redesigned 3.4-gallon fuel tank.
The DR200S (pictured) and DR-Z125L are also available in black.
The bike is powered by a 199cc air-cooled four-stroke motor, with a cylinder that is plated with the same Suzuki Composite Electrochemical Material that many of the bigger bikes have. It has an electric start and a 105 mpg estimated fuel economy.
Other carryover features include, a front disc brake, preload adjustable rear suspension, a five-speed transmission and a low 31.9-inch seat height.
The DR-Z125L returns in Suzuki 2015 lineup.
Suzuki is also bringing back its off-road DR-Z125L. It has a 124cc air-cooled four-stroke engine, with a 19-inch front wheel and a front disc brake. It too is styled after the RM-Zs and is offered in Champion Yellow, as well as in solid black.
The 2015 Suzuki DR200S has a $4499 MSRP, the DR-Z125L a $3199 MSRP.
The DR200S has a narrow profile that provides confident-inspiring control and comfort.
The Suzuki DR200S is very much street-legal.
